Daily digests and weekly summaries now reliably send — Several issues stacked up to silently block all notification emails since December: the send jobs were never scheduled, email notifications were off by default for all accounts, and email addresses weren’t being saved at signup. All three are resolved. If you set up notifications and never heard from us, you will now.
“While You Were Away” and Playbooks now show only your data — A bug was causing both to pull activity from all accounts on the platform, not just your tracked competitors. Corrected.
Low-star reviews now count correctly in digests and summaries — Reviews added via the “Sync Now” button were being stored differently from those added by the daily sync, and the digest queries only looked at one path. Weekly summaries, daily digests, and win-back emails now count all low-star reviews regardless of how they arrived.
Manual “Sync Now” quota resets every day — The daily reset was never running, so once you used your manual syncs they were permanently exhausted. Now resets at midnight UTC.
Competitor syncs now respect your plan’s schedule — All active competitors were being synced on every background run, ignoring which ones were actually due. Signal plan competitors now sync every 24h, Vantage every 12h.
Win-back emails switched from daily to weekly — The re-engagement email for churned users was firing every day instead of once a week. Now sends on Tuesdays only.
Welcome emails now arrive for new beta users — A silent failure in the signup sync was preventing the welcome email sequence from starting. Fixed.
Weekly summary no longer skips you after a delivery hiccup — If both email and Slack failed in the same window, the next delivery was blocked for 6 days. Now only skips if at least one channel succeeded.
Signup no longer errors for some new accounts — A duplicate trigger during account creation was causing role assignment to fail. Fixed.
Beta access no longer shows a trial countdown — Beta users have full access until the beta program ends. When it does, there’s a 7-day window to subscribe before anything changes.
Subscribing no longer interferes with your trial — A conflict between Rivale’s trial and a redundant Stripe-level trial could delay your plan activating. Removed.
