What’s New — March 8, 2026

New

  • Multiple notification schedules at once — You can now enable any combination of Real-time, Daily Digest, and Weekly Summary simultaneously. Previously you had to pick one. If you want an instant Slack ping for low-star reviews AND a daily email digest, you can have both.

Improved

  • Notification settings have their own page — Alerts configuration is now at /notifications (look for “Alerts” in the sidebar). Cleaner separation from account settings.
  • Notification history renamed to Delivery Log — The sidebar label now says “Delivery Log” to make it clear this shows what was actually sent and when.
  • Email field pre-fills with your account email — When you enable email notifications for the first time, the address field now defaults to the email you signed up with. Edit it if you want alerts sent somewhere else.

Fixed

  • Real-time Slack alerts no longer fire for regular positive reviews — If a competitor received a new 5-star review, it was incorrectly triggering a real-time alert. Only low-star reviews (1–3 stars) now trigger instant notifications.
  • Real-time alerts no longer surface old events — Events older than 48 hours were being sent as real-time pings. Fixed — only genuinely new events trigger alerts.
  • Notification links now open the correct dashboard page — All emails and Slack messages were linking to /dashboard which returned a 404. All links now point to the correct URL.
