FAQ

Questions, answered.

What happens after my trial ends?

After 14 days, you choose a plan and enter a payment method. If you do not upgrade, access pauses. Your data is not deleted. You can return and pick up where you left off at any point.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your 14-day trial starts without a credit card. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan at the end of the trial.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What WordPress.org data does Rivale collect?

Rivale collects release and version history with changelog and readme.txt changes, reviews with star ratings down to the individual counts, daily download movement, active install counts, and support forum activity including resolution and unanswered threads.

How often does Rivale sync?

Signal syncs once a day, Vantage twice. Signal users can also trigger one manual sync a day from the dashboard, Vantage users three. Competitor websites are checked daily on both plans.

Can my team use it?

Signal is single-user. Team seats with role-based access are coming to Vantage. Vantage buyers get them at no extra cost the day they ship.

What if I need to track more than 10 competitors?

Vantage covers up to 10 competitors per project. If you need more, reach out at matteo@rivale.io.

Start with context, not a blank chart.

Add your plugin and your competitors. Rivale reaches into their public history and reads it against your numbers, so day one starts with answers. 14-day free trial. The full product. No credit card.
